Booking Policy
Booking Requirements:
All bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and preparation.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your package.
Full payment is due 72 hours before delivery. If no payment is made you will forfeit the deposit.
Delivery, Setup & Pickup:
We provide delivery, full setup, and pickup for a flat fee of $50.
Our team will arrive 3 hours before your event for setup. Please ensure access to the residence at that time.
Pickup will occur the day after your event, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Self-pickup is not available.

Cancellation & Refund:
Cancellations made 4 days or more before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 4 days in advance will forfeit the deposit.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 4 days before the event.

Please rinse food off all items and repack them in the provided bins.
