Booking Policy
Booking Requirements:
All rentals bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and preparation.
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
Delivery & Pickup:
Standard 3 day rental
A flat delivery and pickup fee of $40 applies within a 10–20 mile radius. Locations outside of this range will incur an additional fee based on distance.
Scheduling:
Delivery is typically made 1 day prior to your event, with pickup scheduled the following day. Specific delivery time windows may be requested but are not guaranteed.
Our team will arrive at your residence at a set drop off time. Please ensure access to the residence at that time. By booking, you agree to these delivery terms.
Self-pickup is not available.

Cancellation & Refund:
Cancellations made 2 days before your set delivery date will receive a for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 days before the event.

Care Instructions:
Please rinse food off all dishware and carefully repack them in the provided bins.
Do not wash any placemats, napkins, table runners or tablecloths. You can rinse tabletop items to remove any excess food or drink stains.
Do not wash the items — we’ll handle all cleaning and sanitation.

For changes to your order, contact us 24 hours after order is placed.
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.

Damage & Replacement Policy:
A $50 security deposit is required and will be refunded after all items are returned and inspected.
Each package includes a checklist of included items.
Any damaged, lost, or unreturned items will be charged at the replacement cost, as outlined in your rental agreement.
